"My entries to the ‘We Done Art’ exhibition are all perched comfortably on the platform of Graphic Design and exist collectively as an array of messages, remarks, observations and occasionally, solitary words or characters. Through a vast and varied ethic, each piece achieves a sense of personal authorship. In creating hand made and seemingly unconventional typefaces I have bestowed pragmatic, rather than passive viewpoints upon my audiences. In a contemporary social climate, it is impossible to not communicate, this is non negotiable and resistance is futile."
